The partner was searching for a communication tool that allows them to cover the complete process of the conference implementation in terms of communication with the participants. The long-used channels such as e-mail, SMS, etc. do not always work optimally \u2013 participants often do not read e-mails or read them late. There is also the problem of email often being evaluated as spam.<\/p>
