This year, COMVERGA marks 25 years on the market. It´s more than marking a date for us – it´s honouring quarter century of innovation, growth, and shared achievements. Since our founding we embraced new challenges, and continuously worked to deliver value, quality, and trust in everything we do. This milestone reflects not only our history, but also the strong foundation we´ve built for the future.

We started with converged messaging between networks, mobile and fixed. Over time, we added further converged services with voice, data, payments, and today we work with areas like IoT, where connectivity quietly enables real-world services, not endless scrolling.

What has remained constant is not a specific product or technology, but a mindset. COMVERGA has never been about chasing short-term trends or growth at any cost. We view technology as an enabler of real value, not noise. As a result, the company has consistently focused on building its own platforms, operating independent infrastructure, and maintaining the freedom to choose how and why it grows.

COMVERGA invests in joint ventures with strategic partners to ensure the long-term development of key projects. One such venture is Quadruple, which has acquired a 100% stake in the virtual mobile operator KlokanMobil. COMVERGA will take over the operation of this operator in a fully collaborative BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) mode. This will enable the optimization of the operator’s operating costs and at the same time expand the range of services for Klokan’s customers with additional services from the group’s portfolio.

This acquisition strengthens COMVERGA’s market position and further increases its market share.

COMVERGA has decades of experience in operating telecommunications services and applications. For its partners it provides, among other things, business planning processes, product management, marketing campaign management, sales management, service billing, payment management and customer support processes.
