Interactive Voice Response ist ein durch Telefonapparate automatisiertes Sprachinformationssystem. Es erm\u00f6glicht den interaktiven Umgang mit Anrufern und ist gleichzeitig ein Selbstbedienungs- und Schnellzugang zu Informationen oder Dienstleistungen f\u00fcr die Nutzer. Es manifestiert sich in der Nachricht, die nach dem Verbindungsaufbau zu h\u00f6ren ist. Zuvor wird sie so aufgezeichnet, dass der Anrufer eine der Men\u00fcoptionen in der DTMF-Tonvariante oder mittels Spracherkennung ausw\u00e4hlen kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anwendungsbereiche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Das System dient der Abwicklung einer gro\u00dfen Anzahl von Telefonverbindungen und wird daher am h\u00e4ufigsten im so genannten Call Center eingesetzt. Es wird auch verwendet in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
