Intelligent Voice Announcement System - i.e. about IVR
Interactive Voice Response is a voice information system automated by telephone sets. It allows for interactive handling of callers, being at the same time a self-service and fast channel of access to information or services for users. It manifests itself in the message heard after establishing the connection. Previously, it is recorded in such a way as to allow callers to select one of the menu options in the DTMF tone variant or by means of speech recognition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
