This year, COMVERGA marks 25 years on the market. It´s more than marking a date for us – it´s honouring quarter century of innovation, growth, and shared achievements. Since our founding we embraced new challenges, and continuously worked to deliver value, quality, and trust in everything we do. This milestone reflects not only our history, but also the strong foundation we´ve built for the future.

We started with converged messaging between networks, mobile and fixed. Over time, we added further converged services with voice, data, payments, and today we work with areas like IoT, where connectivity quietly enables real-world services, not endless scrolling.

We had the pleasure of attending Gammaverse 2026 in Hof, Germany and the experience was truly inspiring.

More than 500 telecom and IT professionals came together in Hof, Germany, to talk about the future of communications, cloud solutions and real-world innovation. The atmosphere was open, inspiring and full of meaningful conversations.

COMVERGA once again participated in the prestigious Mobile World Congress 2025 in Barcelona. Our goal was not only to establish new partnerships and expand our network of contacts, but also to discuss with leading global leaders in technological innovation in telecommunications.

We focused on the mutual synergies of the platforms provided, eSIM management, IoT, Messaging and other key areas. Regular participation at MWC is key for us to strengthen existing business relationships, seek new opportunities and continuously engage in the dynamic world of mobile communications.

We have just returned from the world’s largest technology fair, CES 2025, held from January 7 to 11 in Las Vegas – and it was an incredible experience! At this prestigious event, we had the opportunity to showcase our work, draw inspiration from the latest trends, and establish valuable connections.

In the picturesque surroundings of Mariánské Lázně, a meeting took place between the COMVERGA team and colleagues from the partner company Epsilon. On the agenda were key discussions on the further development of our joint project FUSION IoT.

The main topics of the meeting were:

• Launch and development of the eSIM Resource Management solution
• Expansion of the network infrastructure
• International expansion of our solutions within the Gamma Group

COMVERGA has expanded its team with a new member Jan Badal as Business Development Director. Jan lives in Munich and will assist in the development of projects and services within the DACH region (German speaking countries – Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

COMVERGA attended Mobile World Congress 2024 in Barcelona for the first time in a year, not only to establish new partnerships and expand its network of contacts, but also to have the opportunity to discuss with leading global leaders in technological innovation in telecommunications.

Our participation at MWC 2024 highlights not only the importance of this global gathering, but also the company’s commitment to strengthening its business relationships and continued engagement in the dynamic world of mobile communications.

For the tenth time, IP and cloud communications specialist Gamma and digitalization partner Epsilon invited partners to the kick-off event of the year in the German ICT industry. And for the tenth time, numerous guests and exhibitors descended on Hof, where the ICT industry meeting is traditionally held.  

Among the participants of this important meeting were also representatives of COMVERGA, Epsilon’s long-time partner in the FUSION IoT project. This meeting not only gave us the opportunity to have personal contact with colleagues with whom we otherwise only communicate online during the year, but also the opportunity to present the COMVERGA Billing for FUSION IoT solution to potential new partners. 

At the same time, we also had the pleasure of meeting the new Sales Director of Gamma Germany, Thomas Muschall. We believe that this informal but very interesting meeting will contribute to further deepening our cooperation. 

COMVERGA invests in joint ventures with strategic partners to ensure the long-term development of key projects. One such venture is Quadruple, which has acquired a 100% stake in the virtual mobile operator KlokanMobil. COMVERGA will take over the operation of this operator in a fully collaborative BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) mode. This will enable the optimization of the operator’s operating costs and at the same time expand the range of services for Klokan’s customers with additional services from the group’s portfolio.

This acquisition strengthens COMVERGA’s market position and further increases its market share.
