SMS debt collection

SMS debt collection

Since 2004, we have been working very closely with companies from the debt collection sector.

Many years of our experience confirm the high effectiveness of these activities as part of the company’s contact with the debtor.

Typical processes that we support include:

  • Reminders about the upcoming payment deadline (contact method: SMS)
  • Information about unnoticed payment after the due date- 15 days, 30 days, 45 days and later. Method of contact: SMS, IVR.
  • Confirmation of call details, so called m-business card. Message sent after a phone conversation with an agent contains: name of company employee, case number and other necessary data for easy reference.

“MATERNA Communications has been providing voice and SMS messaging services for UPC since 2005. The solutions offered by the above-mentioned company allowed to optimize the debt collection process. (…) ” Paweł Gruszka, Head of Accruals and Debt Collection

The measured effectiveness of debt collection activities supported by our services shows:

  • shortened overdue payment period
  • improved collection of receivables
  • low cost of reaching the debtor to establish a debt repayment schedule

COMVERGA services for debt collection

The most popular communication channel in automatic debt collection and pre-debt collection processes is SMS. Depending on the status of the case, SMS messages are sent with the alphanumeric field of the sender (name of the collecting or ordering company in the message header). Messages sent with a full mobile number are also popular and effective – in order to give a surprise effect. Of course, all SMS campaigns are supported by the debt collector’s telephone activities. This is where the DIALER service comes in handy if you have a large database to call.

“Since October 2008, KRUK has been using text and voice messaging services. The cooperation with the company is perfect.
We would like to recommend the professional services of COMVERGA, the owner of the mProfi tool. “
