The Training Booking System is used to automatically register trainees using two-way SMS communication.
Among other things, SRS allows the administrator to:
- defining the content of invitations,
- setting training dates
- choice of training location and
- the number of places available for the chosen location and training.
The system itself ensures that only as many participants as places are available. Those who have not been able to register for a particular date due to overbooking will automatically be informed and can try again for another available date. The service can be accessed via a web browser after logging in securely.
The SRS service makes it possible to send SMS invitations according to a predefined scenario to contacts whose telephone numbers have been imported via a simple CSV file.
