What you will do with us

You will be put in charge of a running service, that requires TLC (tender loving care) like all of them. The Service Manager must not only ensure that the service is delivered, but also monitor how it is being delivered and work to keep its effectiveness and quality. It will certainly not be a one man show, but the whole company (Ops, DEV, Customer Care,…) is available to ensure the service is running. However, sometimes you need to roll up your sleeves and pull the work off independently. At the same time, Customers come up with ideas that are already outside the scope of Service maintenance, then you need to communicate with the production people so that a good business opportunity doesn’t accidentally remain unused.

What you should know, have, be able to

We welcome knowledge in Telco environment and Technologies. Independence in work, ability to absorb processes and then improve them are the right prerequisites for this position. You should be able to put people at ease when solving problems and focus constructively. You will often be able to write selects in a database and visualize them in tools such as Grafana.
