The Training Booking System is used for automatic registration of training participants using two-way SMS communication.
TBS allows the administrator, among other things, to:
- defining the content of invitations,
- setting training dates
- choosing the training location and
- the number of available seats for the selected location and training.
The system itself watches over the registration of only as many participants as there are places for them. People who have not been able to sign up for the selected date due to the exhaustion of the pool of places will be automatically informed about it and may try to sign up for another available date. The service is available from the level of a web browser after logging in securely.
The TBS service allows you to send SMS invitations according to a predefined scenario to contacts whose phone numbers have been imported via a simple CSV file.
